St Paul's Community Centre on Barley Lane is the church hall of St Paul's, Goodmayes, and it regularly hosts birthday parties. The hall seats 120 people, and it has a fully fitted kitchen and toilets, which covers most of what you need for a family celebration in this part of Ilford.
As birthday parties are a regular booking here, staff should be familiar with what a party needs. When you call, ask how inflatables have been handled before, whether there is a preferred spot for a castle and how early you can get access on the day.
Room sizes and the ceiling height have not been published, so please ask for both. Then use this table to see what would suit:
Our taller items, including adult castles and the disco dome, need between 10.5ft and 16ft. If you would rather avoid height concerns altogether, Soft Play or Ball Pits will do the job for toddlers.
With a fully fitted kitchen on hand, you can bring food to warm up and serve, or keep things simple with cake and snacks. You may want to arrange tables away from the castle, so that children have a clear route between the two.
The centre does not publish hire prices, so please ask when you enquire. Contact St Paul's on 020 8590 6596. The address is Barley Lane, Goodmayes, Ilford, IG3 8XE.
Book the hall first, then your castle for the same date. Enter the postcode on any product page to check availability. We deliver, install and collect in Goodmayes, with Ilford next door. To ask about a particular castle, call 01708 918668.
