How do I book?

Booking is quick and easy. Simply browse our bouncy castles, soft play, or party packages, then click “Book Now” to check availability and confirm online. You can also contact us directly if you prefer to book over the phone.

How much space do I need?

Sizes for all products are listed on the relevant pages. Please ensure you allow extra space around the unit for access, safety mats, and blower setup. If you're unsure, get in touch and we’ll advise.

Can I hire a bouncy castle on artificial grass or concrete?

Yes, but certain conditions apply. On artificial grass, we need to peg into the ground, so a soil base must exist beneath. On concrete, we must drill and bolt the inflatable down. Please read our full Artificial Grass & Concrete Guidelines before booking.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes. A non-refundable booking fee of 20% (rounded up to the nearest £10) is required to confirm all bookings. The balance is due on the day of hire, either in cash or via our secure payment link.

Do you cancel in bad weather?

We cancel in high winds or extreme weather only. Light rain is fine — most inflatables come with built-in rain covers.
