Basildon Council runs this community centre on Audley Way in Basildon, and its Main Hall accepts bouncy castles up to a stated height. The room is 14.6m by 11.7m, or about 48ft by 38ft, with a capacity of 100, and guests have plenty of places to park.
Castles Within the 9.5ft Limit
The height limit is 9.5ft, and using a castle adds £21.75 plus VAT to your bill as a utility charge. Everything in this table is low enough:
| Floor space | Castle height | Inflatable |
|---|
| 23ft x 21.2ft | 5.9ft | Party Time Playzone |
| 8ft x 15ft | 6.2ft | Small pink |
| 8ft x 15ft | 6.2ft | Small pastel blue |
| 20ft x 16.5ft | 8.4ft | Rainbow Biff Bash |
| 15.2ft x 10.2ft | 9.4ft | Jungle |
| 17ft x 14ft | 9.5ft | Pink |
| 21ft x 15ft | 9.5ft | Front slide |
| 21ft x 18ft | 9.5ft | Peppa Pig front slide |
| 20ft x 23ft | 9.5ft | Minions |
Our taller castles, including the 3D front slide range and adult and disco castles, are over the limit, so please pick from this list. Soft Play and Ball Pits sit well below it and pair nicely with a castle at a mixed-age party.
