The New Windmill Hall on St Marys Lane has been at the centre of community life in Upminster for over 40 years. Its main hall holds up to 120 people and measures 16.5m by 14m overall, so it can comfortably take a castle alongside tables for a family party.
Using the Main and Smaller Halls
The large main hall is the one to choose for Bouncy Castles, Soft Play and Inflatable Games. A smaller hall gives you another option for a more modest gathering, or for a quieter space. Please ask the venue for the ceiling height of each room before choosing anything tall, as this is what usually decides which castle will fit.
Ideas for a Windmill Hall Party
A birthday could be built around a themed castle from our Princess Parties or Dinosaur Parties ranges. A family reunion might mix Slides with Giant Garden Games so that adults can join in. Our Party Extras can round things off, and packages make it easier to book several items at once.
Community groups and companies also use the hall, and a mix of smaller attractions often suits these events better than a single large item.
Handy Facilities
The fully equipped kitchen has ovens, fridges and tea and coffee facilities, so you can handle food yourself or bring in a caterer. A large car park means guests have somewhere to leave the car, which is not a given with every hall in the area.
