Arnaud Lodge Scout Hall on Slewins Lane in Gidea Park is a community hall of 42ft by 27ft, with a useful 12ft ceiling. That height makes it a stronger choice than many local halls if you have a taller castle in mind for a children's party.
Making Use of a 12ft Ceiling
Many halls limit you to around 10ft, so 12ft opens up more of our Bouncy Castles range. Our Adult Bouncy Castles need 12ft, so they may be possible here, but leave no doubt by confirming the height with the hall and speaking to us before you book. The very tallest items in our range need more than this.
The room also has floor space for guests to move around freely. You could add Soft Play for younger children, or a game from our Inflatable Games range for older ones, as long as each item has enough clear space around it.
Events That Suit a Scout Hall
Birthday parties are the obvious use, but a hall like this also suits workshops and community gatherings. It has a homely, informal feel that works well for families who want something simple and relaxed rather than a formal function room.
